He is definitely an amazing player and he deserves more credit than he gets, the voters for MVP just don't like him. And maybe he is in the wrong category- he kicks a#% but he doesn't bring the best out of the team.

Kobe has played well this year. Unfortunately for him, the MVP is not an award given to the only player on a team playing better than someone in the developmental league. The Lakers are going to suck for a long time if they keep the same sorry people around Kobe. I mean, come on, what can Lamar Odom, Kwame Brown, Luke Walton, or Smush Parker offer that any five random guys around the NBA can't?
Though I doubt that he would win it this year, I sincerely hope that Kobe wins an MVP award before his career is over.
